Description:

The Jersey City Housing Authority in partnership with its private sector developer, Michaels Development Co., is building two 4-story, low-income, senior rental buildings on the corners of Ocean Avenue and Dwight Street under the Lafayette Gardens HOPE VI Revitalization Program.  The two buildings will be known as Ocean Pointe East and West with 30 apartments at Ocean Pointe East and 28 apartments at Ocean Pointe West

Groundbreaking for Ocean Pointe Apartments was October 18, 2007.
