NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR RELOCATION SERVICES

The Jersey City Redevelopment Agency (the “JCRA”) is seeking Bids from firms for
special equipment/materials moving (the “Services”) in connection with the renovation of the
historic Loew’s Jersey Theater (the “Theater”) located at 54 Journal Square Plaza in the City of
Jersey City (the “City”). The intent of this Request for Bids (“RFB”) is to select a firm to provide
the Services.
