TO: POTENTIAL RESPONDENTS

This Addendum No. 1 is to amend and supplement the Jersey City Redevelopment Agency’s
(the “JCRA”) Request for Professional Accounting and Financial Services (the “RFQ”). The
Respondent shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum No. 1 on the Acknowledgment of
Receipt of Addenda Form, which is to be included as part of the RFQ submission package.
Potential Bidders are advised that:
A. Receipt of Qualification Statements October 3, 2025
