- Question: 2 Award of Contract. Does the JCRA intend to award contracts to more the one respondent?
Answer: The JCRA has not yet determined if it will award contracts to one or more respondents.
- If so, how many firms does the JCRA intend to award?
Answer: The JCRA has not yet made this determination.
- Question:0 Scope of Services. Will the Construction Advisors scope include providing Estimating services?
Answer: Yes.
- Question: Will the awarded firm be required to submit a lump sum fee for individual work assignments after award or just invoice per the hourly billable rates submitted?
Answer: The JCRA will consider various rate structures including compensation on an hourly basis.
- Question: Form AA302 Employee Information Report (Form A-10). The instructions state: “If you have a current Certificate of Employee Information Report, do not complete this form unless you are renewing a certificate that is due for expiration. Do not complete this form for construction contract awards.” If a respondent has a valid Certificate of Employee Information Report that does not expire until 2030, is the respondent required to complete and submit Form AA302, or does the existing certificate satisfy the requirement?
Answer: Providing a valid, unexpired Certificate of Employee Information Report to the Agency will satisfy the requirement.
